Preparation Wood Selection Accessories to use Production Process 1 Trim the woods Cut the wood into slats for the planned dimensions Glue the slats lengthwise 24h drying To assemble the slatted block Cut the block into transverse slats Glue the transverse slats forming the intended boss 24h drying To match the block to the planned dimensions Production Process 2 Polishing the block with sanding sequence grit: 80,100,150,240 Impregnate the block with mineral oil by submerging 5min 24h drying
